Leni is a Certified Organization & Relationship Systems Coach with a strong background and expertise in coaching, dialogue, collaboration, conflict resolution, leadership- and team development.
Having witnessed firsthand the contribution that effective teams and individuals make to an organization - and the wasted potential when these critical components lie undeveloped, Leni was inspired to form her own company. That soon led to the development of C-MOMENTUM AS, working to harness the potential that lies untapped in many work environments and interpersonal relationships.
Leni is passionate about supporting people and organizations be the best that they can be by harnessing the true power that lies within the system and in each individual.
"I saw many people who were at the mercy of work systems that caused them to burn-out, and began to recognize a predictable result whenever certain factors existed: poor communication or delegation; lack of acknowledgement; or tasks that were poorly matched to a person's talents. These seemed to account for a large percentage of the personal and organizational distress."
An important part of Leni's work is leadership and team coaching where she employs relationship system intelligence and a systems approach to her work - namely, that all aspects of the system need to be addressed in order for effective change to occur.
Leni has a strong belief in people's inherent potential, growth and development. With her straightforward way of being, she works in a warm, engaging and inspiring way to help teams and people stretch and challenge their limits in order to reach the goals they have set for themselves.
